Please note that all ordering date and final stock ordering is on the 15th of every month. Please make sure all products are paid for, for delivery to be received on the 28th of the same month.
At LSM, we stock and purchase products all in London and are authentic. To ensure quality services, we dispatch all goods to our appointed Singapore base for further dispatching goods and quality checks bringing LSM quality goods to you.
If you do not have a paypal account please send your funds and the items you are intested via email and to the local Singapore bank account for transfer of funds.

Returns or Exchanges
Returns or exchanges will only be allowed for the product quality problems (non-human destruction) and packaging must be intact, provided the customer purchased the product through our website and it is within 15 days of the purchase date.
Shipping charges are non-refundable
Once we receive the item back (shipping charges must be paid by customer for the return), we will ship your requested exchange item back to you without charging any additional shipping fees.Please allow up to 15 business days to complete your return or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds will only be allowed if the product is returned unopened within 10 days of the purchase date.
Cancellations or Change information (size,color or address...)
If you wish to cancel your order or change information, please email us immediately. 20% cancellation fee applies. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
